With the Realtor ethics code already in place and already working with the FlexMLS database, we have created for ImobestImobiliare in Constanta, the real estate website and estates retrieval from FlexMLS.
In addition, the real estate portal retrieves the agency's offers from RebsCRM.
The site benefits from responsive graphics for the tablet and the mobile, the color match the visual line of the company and the advertising areas are provided.
The graphics were chosen by the client from 3 proposals.
On this site, we also implemented a newsletter subscription system through a minimally intrusive pop-up with rewarding subscribers by sending them useful information, depending on the page on which the subscription was made.
From the experience of previous real estate websites, we have implemented the same cache mechanism that serves pages extremely fast.
